Amenities/Description 
The ConocoPhillips Aviation Terminal and Hanger is located immediately adjacent to the Ponca City Regional Airport, a 7,200 foot long commercial aviation accessible runway. Ponca City is a wonderful community of 26,000 hard working people located 20 minutes south of the Kansas border 15 minutes from Interstate 35. Property Description 
The ConocoPhillips terminal/office and hanger is immediately adjacent to the Ponca City Regional Airport. The property has direct taxiway access and a 260 x 250 foot expandable apron. The property also has two 12,000 gallon fuel tanks and two 550 gallon slop tanks. The property has parking for 145 vehicles.  
Building Description 
The building is broken down into 18,750 square feet of hanger space and 12,462 feet of office and terminal space.
